To Our Valued Customers:

As Hurricane Gustav threatens the Gulf Coast, I want to assure you that Reily Foods has taken every precaution to ensure no disruption to normal business operations. Our Disaster Preparedness Team continues to meet regularly to review, refine and execute our plan to put us in the best position possible to avoid any business interruption, while ensuring the safety of our employees and facilities.

With Gustav likely to reach the Gulf during a holiday weekend, we have made the following preparations…

• Our Knoxville facility has the ability to manufacture virtually all of the items manufactured in New Orleans. We have sufficient capacity in Knoxville to shift production as necessary.
• Additional trucks of finished goods and raw materials have been deployed to our Knoxville distribution center and manufacturing facility.
• Finished goods inventory for key items has been prudently increased to cover needs in the event of extended down time at our New Orleans facility.

In addition to the above, all other aspects of our Hurricane Plan have been implemented.

Again, we foresee no disruption in our ability to serve your business needs. We will continue to keep you informed as new developments occur.
